| 摘 要： | 移动通信技术专业是伴随移动通信行业的迅猛发展而发展的较新专业，一方面，体现了高等院校为产业服务的宗旨；另一方面，也指出了移动通信技术专业发展的根本途径是紧扣移动产业发展走工学结合之路。本文从专业课程体系改革、工学结合人才培养、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设等方面阐述了高职院校移动通信技术专业工学结合人才培养模式的改革与实践。
