思政课教师“视野要广”三个维度与实现路径分析

习近平总书记在主持召开思想政治理论课教师座谈会时,对思政课教师提出了政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正等六方面要求。其中“视野要广”是在知识的广度方面提出的要求,对思政课教师打牢知识功底、提升核心素养和改善教学效果具有重要意义。从知识视野、国际视野和历史视野三个维度来理解“视野要广”的内涵,从打牢知识基础、培养比较思维和把握历史规律方面,拓宽思政课教师的视野。

Study on Three Dimensions of"Broad Vision"in Ideological and Political Teachers

It is clear that Xi Jinping puts forward six requirements for ideological and political teachers during a forum such as strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,wide vision,strict self-discipline and personality.Among them,"wide vision"is the requirement of the breadth of knowledge,which has important guiding significance for ideological and political teachers.They need to lay a solid foundation of knowledge,enhance core literacy and improve teaching effect.Therefore,it is essential to understand the connotation of"broad vision"from dimensions of knowledge,international and historical perspectives.The purpose is to broaden the vision of ideological and political teachers.
