高职模具专业“2＋1”教学模式的研究与实践

＂2＋1＂教学模式是高职模具专业提高人才培养质量的重要途径。如何展开＂2＋1＂教学模式,并进行教学内容、教学方法、教学管理与教学评价等方面的改革,是高职培养应用型人才的关键。辽宁装备制造职业技术学院对其不断地深入研究与实践,逐渐形成了校企利用各自优势共同管理、互利共赢的培养模式,增强了学生的实践能力和就业竞争力,提升学校的知名度,同时也为企业培养了大量的应用型人才。

Mould Specialty "2+1" Teaching Model Research and Practice

"2+1" mode of teaching of mould specialty in higher vocational college is the important way to improve the quality of talent cultivation.How to develop the"2+1" mode of teaching,and teaching content,teaching methods,teaching management and teaching evaluation and other aspects of reform,it is the key to cultivate applied talents of higher vocational education.My college has been studying and practicing,and gradually formed a joint management and mutual benefit and win-win mode of training using their own advantages.It enhances the students’ ability of practice and employment competitiveness,enhances the visibility of the school,and cultivates a large number of application type talents for enterprises.
