我国城乡基本公共服务非均等化问题及对策研究

近年来，我国基本公共服务取得了较大发展，为构建公平正义的和谐社会奠定了基础。但是，由于城乡二元体制的影响，在基本公共服务均等化方面还存在一系列的问题。这既有体制、制度的原因，也有思想认识的原因，我们必须在提高认识、制度建设等方面采取措施，努力实现城乡基本公共服务均等化。

A Study of Unequalized Basic Public Service in Both Rural and Urban Areas and the Coping Strategy

In recent years, we have made great progress in improving the basic public service in both rural and urban areas. This will lay a solid foundation for constructing a harmonious society. However, due to the influence of dual systems, there still exist some problems in the equalization of basic public service. The reasons are either of system or of our consciousness. Accordingly, we have to take measures to enhance our recognition and construct systems, in an attempt to equalize the basic public service in both rural and urban areas.
