| 摘 要： | 作为党和国家民族工作卓越的领导者,乌兰夫同志从实际出发,制定了发展繁荣民族文化教育的政策。文章对注重具有民族特点、地区特点的发展民族文化教育队伍建设的思想、党的领导和马克思主义指导是民族文化教育发展的根本保障的思想、各民族文化教育相互交流、相互吸收、取长补短、共同提高的思想等方面概括了乌兰夫民族文化教育思想的当代启示。
