| 摘 要： | 大学生是祖国社会主义事业的接班人,大学生党员更是这个队伍中的中坚力量,健全大学生党建制度,完善大学生党员培养模式已经成为当前高校党务工作的重中之重。文章基于这一背景,阐述了师生党支部共建的重要意义,目前我院基层党建工作开展情况以及取得的效果和收获,探讨如何加强高校基层党建的对策。
