| 摘 要： | 独立学院由于体制的原因,专职党务人员较少,对入党积极分子实施全程教育难度较大。虚拟支部建设不仅创新了支部成立的形态,拓宽了党的教育阵地,更有效的解决了制约独立学院发展的诸多问题。
