| 摘 要： | 丁韪良任总教习期间,为培养语言人才而成立的京师同文馆逐渐变为一所综合性的教育机构。它不仅开设天文、化学、数学、地理等自然科学课程,历史、法学等学科也有一席之地。其中,法学教学以及相关书籍的翻译,成为近代西方法学输入中国之开端,在中西文化交流史上有着十分重要的地位。这一局面的出现,与当时清朝重臣奕訢、文祥以及西方传教士丁韪良、毕利干等人息息相关。

| Abstract: | Jingshitongwenguan were changed as a synthetical education organization when William Alexander Parsons Martin was the Dean of Studies.Astronomy,Chemistry,Mathematics,Georgary and Histroy,Law were tought in Jingshitongwenguan,Law teaching and translation was the begainning that the west Law coming to China,it has important position in China-West culture exchanging.This was correlated with some famous people such as YiXin,WenXiang and west missionary Martin,Billequin. |
