| 摘 要： | 高校校报的隐性教育功能具有稳定性、主体性、灵活性等特征，挖掘校报隐性教育功能的立足点是要适应受教育者的接受心理，基本原则要以人为本，根本方法是“寓教于乐”，基本保障是要加强办报队伍建设，只有不断增强校报隐性教育功能的针对性和实效性，才能发挥其思政教育的最大成效。

| Abstract: | The implicit educational function of college campus newspaper is characteristic of stability, independence, and flexibility. The author maintains that, to approach the fullplay of the function, humanistic and pleasure-based principle be followed in promoting the staff quality as well as the responsiveness and effectiveness of the educational function in accordance with students＇ state of mind. |
