基于专利地图的我国光伏发电产业专利情报研究

通过竞争机构分布、专利相对指数、机构研发团队投入/产出I、PC分类等指标,对中国专利信息中心(CPIC)数据库中光伏发电产业相关专利申请与授权量进行统计分析。结果表明,近年来我国光伏发电专利申请数量增长强劲;我国光伏产业专利优势不在于光伏电池与组件封装环节,这与我国的光伏电池与组件生产大国的地位极为不符;相对于科研机构与大学而言,国内光伏企业人员投入强度较弱。研究旨在为我国光伏发电产业专利战略的规划与产业政策的制定提供参考。

Patent Information Study on Chinese Photovoltaic Industry Based on Patent Map

By analyzing the patent information on the database of China Patent Information Center(CPIC) on application and authorization of Chinese photovoltaic(PV) industry and the distribution of competitive institution,technological advantage,input-output analysis and IPC distribution,the demonstration of this paper shows that,first,the number of patent application of Chinese PV industry is arising quickly in the recent years;second,as the largest PV cell and module encapsulation production country in the world,the revealed technological advantage of Chinese PV industry,however,is not in the scopes of PV cell and module encapsulation;third,relative to the scientific research academies,the companies of Chinese PV industry have a much less number of scientific researchers input.The outcome of this research is to provide references for the programming of patent strategy and framing the policy of Chinese PV industry.
