| 摘 要： | 根据排球比赛的诸多特点,指出一个称职的临场裁判员仅有良好的专业知识、技能、技巧是不够的。同时必须具备良好的意志品质、注意品质、鲜明的个性特征和适宜的自信心等心理素质才能更好的完成裁判任务。
