新农村建设投资情况的思考——基于四川省部分县（区）的实证调查

基于四川省部分县（区）新农村建设投资情况的问卷调查，采用实证方法对新农村建设投资问题上存在的非持续性进行分析，得出投资的主体不明确、投资的项目选择不科学、资金的筹集渠道单一且使用效率低下等结论．提出要规划先行，确保资金集中使用；科学统筹，结合实际选择投资热点和重点；加强财政支农资金管理以及多渠道筹集资金等方面的建议．

Reflections of the Investment on the New Socialist Countryside Construction an empirical study based on some counties and districts of the Sichuan Province

Based on a sample survey of the investment situation about the new countryside construction in some parts of the Sichuan province,and by adopting empirical study method,a non-durative analysis was made concerning the investing issues arising from the new countryside construction.The findings revealed that problems exist mainly in the following aspects:ambiguous investment subject;unscientific choice of investment projects;the money-raising channels being few and inefficient use of money and so on.Counter me...
