摘    要:教育就是动用恰当的手段促使学生变化的过程,学生由于所处的环境不同,在社会、学校、家庭里会遇到不同的困难,遭受各种各样的挫折,如能适时加以引导激励,帮助他们树立起信心,培养他们的健康心理,会使其终生受益。激励就是一种极为重要的手段。

Abstract:Education is the process that will use proper means to make student grow up. Because of the different environments in which students may have their own lives, the students will encounter with different difficulties and frustrations in society, school and their families. If we can conduct and stimulate them on time and help them establish self- confidence, and then nourish their mental, the students may benefit from what we have been doing to them in their whole lives. As we can see, the stimulating is one of the most impotent methods.
