高校学科团队创新绩效决定因素研究

摘    要:构建了团队创新绩效决定因素模型,并对86个高校学科团队的660名教师进行问卷调查,从个体层面验证了该模型。结果显示:领导能力、领导行为、成员创新能力、成员创新行为、团队工作偏好、组织内创新环境等因素对团队创新绩效有显著正效果;团队互动和团队创新气氛的中介作用显著。提出了提高团队创新绩效的建议。

Abstract:The author established a determinant factors model on performance of team innovation, and the model was testified on individual-level by investigating 660 teachers in 86 discipline-teams of universities. The results showed that leader's capability and behavior, members' innovation capabilities and innovation behaviors, team work preferences and innovation environment in organization had significant impacts on performance of team innovation. And, team interaction and team climate for innovation as intermediates play the significant roles. Then, the paper put forward the suggestions for improving performance of team innovation.
