| 摘 要： | 本文通过对北京市退役运动员的和北京市体育产业市场结构的调薪，提出了在退役运动员职业转换期可以从职业规划、基础能力、职业能力和创业课程四个模块进行职业培训，引导运动员融入社会经济发展的主流，使他们尽快适应退役后的生活和工作．

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of the retired athletes and the sports market structure in Beijing, the paper proposed the four modules of occupation training including occupation planning, basic ability, occupa- tion ability and entrepreneurial course during the occupation transition of the retired athletes, to guide the players into the social mainstream of economic development, to make them adapt to life and work after retire- ment as soon as possible. |
