论以人为本多样化的人才观——兼论高等教育人才培养模式

中国近代高等教育自产生以来,在不同时代和不同社会发展背景下有不同的高等教育人才观和人才培养模式,从较早的通才教育到新中国成立后受苏联模式的影响而实施彻底的专才教育,再从改革开放后对专才教育的反思到素质教育的提出,直至有创新人才观的提出,无不是高等教育人才观和人才培养对当时社会发展需求的反映。为回应当下中国社会发展对人才资源的迫切需求,正面临着转型、改革、创新和发展任务的我国高等教育人才观必须与时俱进,确立以人为本为核心的多样化的人才观;以此人才观为指导,在人才培养模式上,不同类型、不同层次的高等学校应当依据各自的办学定位确立通识课程与专业课程在学时数和学科门类上的比例,促进学生的全面发展,为社会培养大量的高素质的各级各类人才。

On Diversified Talent View from People Oriented --Concurrently Discussed Talents Training Pattern of Higher Education

Since the founding of China modern higher education, the development of higher education have differ- ent talents views and talents training mode in different times and different social background, the reflection of the higher education talent views and talent cultivation to the social development demand are the earlier general education transform to professional education implemented by the influence of Russia mode after the founding of new China, and the reflection of speeiali.st education transform to the raising of the quality of education after the reform and opening-up of China, until the innovation talented person view. In response to the urgent need of talent resources of current Chinese social development, the view of talents of China＇s higher education, which is facing transition, reform, innovation and development tasks, must keep pace with the times and establish the diversification of the talent that taking the core of a people-oriented ; taking the talent view as the guide, the dif- ferent levels of different types of college and university should establish the proportion of the teaching hours and disciplines of general courses and professional courses of talent training mode based on the running the college orientation, promote the overall development of students, and cultivate a large number of all kinds of high-qual- ity talent.
