| 摘 要： | 综合学科研究组织在人才培养方面与单一学科研究生教育相比具有特殊性。目前综合学科研究组织的人才培养基本上还是沿用单一学科研究生教育制度,不完全适合培养综合学科研究人才。本文建议综合学科研究组织应该在坚持原有研究生教育制度外再建立一些特有的制度。

| Abstract: | There is much particularity on the graduate education in integrity interdisciplinary organizations compared with single disciplinary schools.But now in a lot of integrity interdisciplinary organizations,the way of talents training basically follows single disciplinary schools’system,which is not entirely suitable for training interdisciplinary talents.This article recommeds that integrity interdisciplinary organizations should establish some additional institutions besides the original graduate education system. |
