| 摘 要： | 本研究旨在考察融合教育教师职业压力、社会支持和职业倦怠之间的关系,采用问卷调查法对来自北京市、厦门市、中山市的367名融合教育教师进行调查。结果发现:融合教育教师的职业压力显著影响教师的职业倦怠;融合教育教师获得的社会支持显著影响其职业倦怠。融合教育教师的社会支持在职业压力与职业倦怠关系中发挥部分中介作用,即融合教育教师的职业压力既直接影响其职业倦怠又通过社会支持间接影响职业倦怠。

| Abstract: | This study aims to investigate the relationship between occupational stress,social support,and occupational burnout among inclusive education teachers.A total of 367 inclusive education teachers in Beijing,Xiamen,and Zhongshan participated in the questionnaire survey.The results indicated that occupational stress and social support had a significant effect on occupational burnout.Furthermore,social support played a partial mediating role in the relationship between occupational stress and occupational burnout,that is,inclusive education teachers’occupational stress not only directly affected their occupational burnout but also indirectly affected their occupational burnout through social support. |
