院校合作培养心血管专业方向护生的实践探索

心血管专科护士的日常护理工作在心血管疾病的治疗和康复过程中起着重要的作用。但目前我国高校心血管专业方向护生培养还存在人才培养方案不够科学、师资缺乏、实践设备设施不足等问题。武汉亚心医院与相关高校在合作培养心血管专业方向护生的实践中,共同制定人才培养方案、共同进行课程体系设计、共同编写教材、共同探讨教学模式、共同设计教学方法、共同检讨教学效果等,收到了较好的成效。

Practical Exploration of Cooperation between Colleges and Universities in Cultivating Nursing Students in Cardiovascular Specialty

The daily nursing work of cardiovascular specialist nurses plays an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Nevertheless, there are still problems in the training of nursing students in the direction of cardiovascular specialty in Chinese colleges and universities, such as unscientific talent training programs, lack of teachers and insufficient practical equipment and facilities. In the practice of cultivating nursing students in cardiovascular specialty, Wuhan Yaxin Hospital and relevant universities cooperate with each other in the formulation of talent training plans, curriculum system design, textbook composition, discussions about teaching models, teaching method design and teaching effect revision, etc. and thus good results have been achieved.
