| 摘 要： | 本文应用最优化与信息经济学的理论与方法,以确保投资者的收益期望不小于无风险收益为前提,将企业家可能的道德风险与其收益联系起来,用一个数学模型来说明企业家向外融资的可能性以及企业家对不同融资方式的选择.
