| 摘 要： | 国有中小企业的技术创新 ,是其在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的关键。国有中小企业规模小、专业化程度高、具有高凝聚力的企业文化和创新需求的优势及不足 ,规定着其技术创新的核心是产品创新。技术创新的可选择方式包括 :内部创新、企业兼并创新、合作创新、引进再创新等。

| Abstract: | Technical innovation is pivotal for state-owned medium and small enterprises to stand up to the challenging market competition. Small production scale, strict specialization, highly concentrated enterprise culture and strength together with inadequacy in terms of innovation conditions restrict technical innovation to new products as the core. Means of innovation fall in internal innovation, amalgamation innovation, cooperative innovation and innovation based on introduction of techniques. |
