| 摘 要： | 本文根据中国统计年鉴和2000年人口普查资料等分析了中国农村住区规划和建设的特点、存在的问题和对策建议。为了建设社会主义新农村,应加强农村住区规划设计工作,加强农村住区投资引导,加强住区建设和资源环境管理。
