案例教学法在就业指导课教学中实施的关键问题

大学生就业指导课是高校就业指导与服务的重要途径，为切实改进和增强就业指导课的实效性，就案例教学在就业指导课教学中实施的关键问题进行了论述。文章认为：在案例教学中，案例的选取要遵循“三个原则”，即要与教学内容紧密联系，要贴近学生实际，要与时俱进；案例的使用要处理好“三个关系”，即“动静结合”、“远近相宜”、“大小相称”。

The Issues on Application of Case Study in Teaching Employment Instruction

Employment Instruction is one of the crucial methods of advising undergraduate on job hunting.This paper investigates the key issues of Case Study in Employment Instruction,based on the authors' 9-year practice of conducting this lesson.This paper holds three principles should be adhered when Case Study is used in the lesson of Employment Instruction.They are cases should be related to reality;cases should be related to students' real life;cases should be related to the current societal reality.
