几种常用食用菌防污剂抑菌作用的对比试验

摘    要:采用琼脂平板点种法分别测定四种食用菌防污剂对四种霉菌和三种食用菌抑菌作用的影响,借此判断抑菌力的大小。试验结果表明,在所测的四种防污剂中,甲基托布津及多菌灵对黑曲霉和绿色木霉抑菌能力最强,高锰酸钾仅次于前两种防污剂。而ZJ—I型克霉灵经高温处理后,抑菌效果较差。

Abstract:The effect of four kinds of mould and three determined by means of agar flat dibblingmethod. In this way the bacterionstasis was seen clearly. The experiment results showed thatamong the four antiseptics, the bateriostasis of thiophanate methyl and carbendazim on aspergillus and trichoderma viride were the strongest, potassium permanganate was only next to thetwo kinds of antiseptics mentioned above, while ZJ - I Dimanin C, through the high temperature treatment, produced little effect in its bacteriostasis.
