| 摘 要： | 提出用交互满意度感知、结果有效性感知和交互时间感知衡量交互效率；提出关键因子通过任务-人-信息系统匹配影响交互效率的概念模型。用302份调查数据，采用结构方程建模法进行优化求解。研究结果表明：除行为导向心理以外的其余关键因子通过任务-人-信息系统匹配间接影响交互效率；提高交互效率应重点管理的因子是行为导向心理、任务-认知匹配、界面布局-认知匹配和信息系统有用易用性感知。
