高校人力资源管理与开发对策研究

摘    要:高校人力资源是特殊的人力资源。它自身是人力资本存量丰富的优质人力资源,又承担着培养具有丰富的人力资本存量的人力资源的重担。然而,我国高校人力资源的管理与开发存在着很多严峻的问题,为了有效地管理和开发这些特殊的人力资源,该文通过寻找问题的本源,提出解决问题的对策和建议。

Abstract:The Human Resources of the colleges and universities are special Human Resources. It is a kind of quality Human Resources that have plentiful human capitals and it assumes the important role of fostering the talents who have a large quantity human capitals, Nevertheless in the country, many severe questions exist in the management and development on the Human Resources of the colleges and universities. In order to manage and develop these special Human Resources effectually, according to finding out origins of the questions, this thesis comes up with some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
