| 摘 要： | 为了了解肾功能不全患者细胞内，外电解质的情况，对１０名健康人，１０名肾功能正常的肾脏病人，１５名肾功能不全的患者进行了淋巴细胞风钾、钠、钙、镁含量以及血清相应电解质浓度的测定，结果表明，肾功能不全患者淋巴细胞内钾含量显著增高，血清钙浓度显著下降。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the content of the intracellular and extracellular electrolytes in the patients withrenal failure,we have determined the contents of intralymphocytic potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesiumand the concentrations of relative serum electrolytes in 10 healthy persons,10 patients with renal disease ofnormal renal function was normal,15 patients with renal failure. The results showed that in the patientswith renal failure, the content of intralymphocytic potassium was singnificantly higher and concentration ofserum calcium was singnificantly lower than the normal persons. |
