低碳能源技术发展战略与路径选择

摘    要:本文通过高碳能源与低碳能源的比较研究,揭示了低碳能源技术发展是实现经济社会低碳化发展和转型的基础;通过分析低碳能源技术发展的制约因素,提出了加大低碳能源研发的投入,加快推进低碳技术的产业化,加强政府的政策导向力度,发挥市场的资源配置的功能是促进低碳能源技术发展的有效路径选择。

Abstract:Comparing high carbon energy with low carbon energy,the later technologies are proved to be the basis of achieving low carbon development and transformation in economic society.In this paper,effective path selections,such as increasing the investment in R&D,accelerating industrialization,strengthening the policy guidance efforts of governments and giving play to the resource allocation function of the market,are proposed.All above mentioned can promote the development of low carbon energy technologies effec...
