| 摘 要： | 国外企业在我国的采购对我国的经济有着极其重要的推动作用。为提升我国对外商品和服务供应量，通过分析国外企业在我国的采购实践，揭示目前国外企业在我国的采购中存在的一些障碍和问题，从企业的角度提出了若干对策，以优化供应水平。
