摘    要:教师对学生真正的“理解”是教育取得成功的基本条件之一,这也正是理解教育的魅力所在。我们应该将理解教育的重点聚集在教育者对受教育者的爱的教育上。教育的使命要求教育者对受教育者具有深深的爱心,这既是教育职业道德的要求,也是教育者在教育上取得成功的前提条件。

Abstract:Pro.XIONG Chuan-wu from East China Normal University once systematically released the theorries system about the understanding education,discussing the importance to teaching result of the relation between teachers and pupils,and particularly emphasized the teachers' understanding for producing the educational function.The thoughts is known all over the world,but very few like to follow it.The educational thoughts of Johann Amos Comenius profoundly contain the thoughts about the understanding education,to all people of the object,including the useful contents and efficientl method.
