摘    要:通过物联网软件工程实训的校企协同创新、能力本位分析,论证了能力本位工程实践与企业创新资源协同体系构建方法.据此建立了校企协同平台下的物联网软件工程能力本位实训体系框架,包括职业岗位融合与职业能力内涵培养机制、创新实验系统与多实验例程环境、工程实验标准化与规范化的分层多模教学模式设计等方面.物联网软件工程项目全生命周期实现教与学、工与学、技术与产品的统一,充分利用高效、多模的物联网资源环境,打造出一个开放性“产学研用”创新资源生态环境,构建一套科学的职业能力培养工程教学实训和操作体系.

Abstract:This paper demonstrates the system construction method of CBE engineering practice and enterprise innovation resources by analyzing the school - enterprise cooperation innovation and CBE of IoT software engineering training. The CBE training system frame of IoT software engineering is established under the platform of school -enterprise cooperation, including many parts such as professional positions fusion and connotation training mechanism of professional ability, innovating experiment system and environment of multi -experimental routines,design on layered - muhimode teaching mode of standardization of engineering experiment and so on. The whole life cycle of IoT software engineering project realizes the unification of teaching and studying, working and studying, technology and products. Using efficient and multimode resources and environment of IoT, an innovation resource and ecological environment of open "Production - Study - Research - Using" is established. A scientific professional ability engineering training and operation system can also be established.
