| Abstract: | The paper presents the human rights theory of the CPC and the situation of the human rights development around the foundation of China in the human rights' manner since the CPC was founded . It analyses the insufficiency and problems of human rights development in the present stage. Meanwhile, it forecasts Chinese human rights enterprise will make further progress after the human rights enters the constitution. |
