统计在高校绩效考核中的应用现状调查研究

摘    要:为促进高校传统的人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变,发挥统计在高校绩效考核中的作用,以统计在新疆某高校绩效考核中应用现状为重点进行调查研究。调查发现人事部门没有扮演好各项人力资源管理规则的制定者、维护者与裁判员角色;统计学在绩效考核中的使用严重欠缺;没有使用计算机网络信息技术强化统计在绩效考核中的巨大作用等问题。据此提出了若干建议。

Research about the Present Situation of Statistics Application in the College Performance Appraisal
Abstract:In order to promote the Xinjiang University's traditional personnel management to a modem human resources management,play the statistics role in the college performance appraisal, this paper carried out investigation and research about the present situation of statistics application in the college performance appraisal. The survey found that the personnel department has not played a good role of the makers, defenders and judges of human resources management rules, it are the serious lack of using statistics in the performance appraisal, R did not use the computer network of reformation technology strengthen the tremendous role of statistics in performance appraisal. Based on above, a number of recommendations were put forward for.
