| 摘 要： | 文章首先分析了我国热处理行业现状,与世界先进水平国家的差距及其原因,随后探讨了工程教育专业认证背景下,热处理实验教学在培养创新型复合人才方面的改革方向,最后指出了培养理论与实践相结合、企事业单位满意、自身价值成长的热处理专业人才的必要性和迫切性。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the current situation of China's heat treatment industry,the gap with the world's advanced countries and its causes.Then it discusses the reform direction of heat treatment experiment teaching in the cultivation of innovative compound talents under the background of engineering education professional certification.Finally,it points out the necessity and urgency of training heat treatment professionals who combine theory and practice,enterprise and institution satisfaction,and their own value growth. |
