| 摘 要： | 目的:发现卓越本科护生班使用易班存在的问题,制定干预措施;评价品管圈在易班使用的效果。方法:实验组将品管圈应用在易班中;对照组未用干预措施。结果:在“易班签到、微社区、使用题库、下载和浏览学习资料、用易班交流”相比,实验组优于对照组。结论:品管圈提高大学生使用易班具有可行性。

| Abstract: | Object:it was found that there were problems in the process of using easy class in excellent nurse classes.To evaluate the effect of quality control circle on the use of E-class.Methods:the experimental group to apply the quality control circle in the use of E-class,while the control group was without intervention measures.Results:the experimental group was better than the control group in"E-class check-in,micro-community,use of excellent courses,download and browse learning materials from the database,and use E-class".Conclusions:it was feasible that the concept of quality control circle in improving the use of E-class for college students. |
