摘    要:Edcamp作为当前欧美国家比较流行的教师专业发展模式之一,能够有效地提高教师的参与度,给参与教师带来良好的认知体验和情感体验。文章基于对Edcamp的来源、现状、具体案例等方面的解读,从学习体验的视角集合相关学习理论,分析讨论教师的认知体验与情感体验。同时,文章从"自下而上"提升教师主体地位、满足认知和情感需求促进学习投入及民主协商迸发群体智慧等方面,对我国中小学教师培训提出了相应的建议,以期为我国对Edcamp的进一步研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:Edcamp, as one of the most popular teachers’ professional development models, could effectively improve teachers’ participation and bring good cognitive and emotional experience to participating teachers. Based on the interpretations of Edcamp’s source, current situation, specific cases, and gathering relevant learning theories, this article analyzed and discussed teachers’ cognitive experience and emotional experience from the perspective of learning experience. In addition, corresponding suggestions for primary and secondary teachers training in China were proposed from the aspects of enhancing the subject position of teachers from top to bottom, meeting cognitive and emotional demands to promote learning input and democratic consultations bursting collective wisdom, expecting to provide reference for the further research of Edcamp in China.
