| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难问题是转型期里各种矛盾交织后突显出来特殊现象,它是我国计划经济向市场经济过渡中出现的阶段性问题。大学生就业问题的产生,是由于大学生的就业预期存在着标准偏高、结构失衡、理性程度不足;用人单位对大学生的认识存在误区;以及高等教育人才培养存在弊端等原因综合作用的结果。厘清存在于大学生就业问题中的各种矛盾应是解决好当前大学生的就业问题的前提。

| Abstract: | This article points out that the fact of college graduates ' employment difficulty is the result of fierce confrontations of various factors in the transformation period.This research shows that these difficulties are mainly caused by the confliction of off-balanced employment market and college graduates'irrational employment expectations,the employers ' misunderstanding of college graduates and other educational defects and so on.It also suggests that to settle down these various conflictions should be the premise to solve this problem. |
