信息咨询工作与参考咨询工作比较分析

文章从概念、工作特点、服务范围、从业人员素质要求等方面对专门咨询机构的信息咨询工作与图书馆参考咨询工作进行比较分析，认为二者虽然在某些地方有相通之处，但前者的项目内容层次要高，在职能与作用上不可同等对待。

A Comparison between Consultant and Reference Work

This article compares the content,working style,services,requirements of human resources between consultant agencies and library's reference work;it argues that tasks dealt with in former,though similar to a certain degree to those in the latter,are often more advanced.The two types of service,therefore,should not be treated as the same.
