摘    要:随着师范教育结构的调整,五年制师范学校逐步成为由师范教育向教师教育转型的重要师资培养模式。五年制师范学校德育工作成效将影响未来基础教育师资的整体素养。笔者结合多年德育工作的经验,分析了当前五年制师范学校德育工作面临的挑战,对提高学校德育工作的实效性具有一定的实践价值。
