| 摘 要： | 当环境问题国际化,环境外交便应运而生.生态功能作为环境外交的肇始目标已不言而喻,而其政治、经济功能也逐渐为人所重视.经过几十年的发展,全球化时代的环境外交呈现出新的特点和样式,这也给我国的环境外交很多启示.

The economical function as the goal as the environmental diplomacy has been self - evident, but its political, economical function also were valued. Though several ten years developed, when the globalization time gone, environmental diplomacy took on new character and style, which also gave some inspiration for our Environmental Diplomacy. |
