职业教育与稳就业研究

职业教育包含学历职业教育和非学历职业教育两种类别,是与普通教育同等重要的类型教育,在国民经济和社会发展中居功至伟。在当前形势下,稳就业意义重大,从民生层面来看,稳就业是民生问题得以有效解决的根本保障。从国家层面来看,稳就业是国家层面一系列战略目标得以实现的重要保障。职业教育可以为稳就业作出重大贡献,为充分发挥职业教育促进稳就业的功效,职业学校应"依托政府优势,促进校政合作;持续加强校企合作,发挥企业办学主体作用;深化内部制度改革,提升人才培养质量;学生应转变就业观念,培养正确的职业观"。

Research on Vocational Education and Stable Employment

Vocational education includes two categories:academic and non-academic vocational education.It is an equally important type of education as general education and has won great achievements in the development of national economy and society.Under the current situation,stable employment is of great significance.From the perspective of people’s livelihood,stable employment is the fundamental guarantee for the effective solution of people’s livelihood problems.From the national level,stable employment is an important guarantee for the realization of a series of strategic objectives at the national level.Vocational education can make great contributions to stable employment.In order to give full play to the effect of vocational education to promote stable employment,vocational schools should rely on the advantages of the government to promote school-government cooperation,continue to strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises,and give play to the main role of enterprises.Students should change their concept of employment and cultivate a correct view of occupation.
