| 摘 要： | 21世纪我国与国际接轨式经济发展对大学毕业生的英语能力，尤其是英语口语能力提出了更多更高的要求，为使其英语口语能力与我国的经济发展相适应，首先要消除学生对英语学习的种种误解，处理好听、说、读、写的关系，选择具有实用性、综合性，体现时代特征的语言输入材料，充分利用最先进的教学设备，加强高校英语教师的综合素质及口语水平，以满足社会对复合型人才的要求。

| Abstract: | The internationalized economic development of our country in the 21st century is demanding more on the graduates' English capacity, especially their oral English ability. In order to improve their capacity to fit the economic development of our country, we must help them wipe out various kinds of misunderstanding about English study and properly deal with the relation among listening, speaking, reading and writing, choose language input materials of practical use, comprehensiveness and symbol of the times, make the fullest use of the most advanced teaching equipment and strengthen college English teachers' integrated qualities and oral English ability to meet the needs of the society for the talents with mixed abilities . |
