公共图书馆卫生安全管理制度建设

作为面向社会公众开放、提供文化服务的公共图书馆,在历经非典和新冠肺炎等突发公共卫生事件后,在卫生管理制度上如何创新建设,保障公共卫生安全,实现安全与服务双赢,是公共图书馆的重要课题。论文从公共图书馆卫生安全管理危机现状,制度建设原则、主要类别内容、考核考绩等维度,对命题进行了系统探索。

Sanitary Safety Management System Construction in Public Libraries

Consistent improvement of public libraries in solving problems such sanitary safety system innovation,public sanitary safety protection and win-win situation in safety and service quality,is becoming an increasingly important topic,especially after SARS and COVID-19 attack.This paper systematically explores the proposition from the perspectives of the current situation of public library health and safety management crisis,system construction principles,main categories and contents,and performance appraisal.
