| Abstract: | After analyzing the current situation of independent institute physical education facility in the Jiangsu province by the method of literature review, questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,the paper explores the reasons for the unsteadiness and frequent personnel exchange of the physical education facility and,finally bring forward countermeasures and suggestions. |
