| 摘 要： | 在比较延迟策略和约束理论对供应链生产系统影响的基础上,研究了如何把延迟策略、约束理论结合起来,以不断优化降低供应链运作总成本和挖掘供应链节点企业的生产能力。就约束理论的瓶颈环节与延迟策略界面的位置不同,推、拉方向不一致进行三种情况分析,最后构建了基于供应链的生产计划与控制模型。 |

| Abstract: | Based on comparing postponement strategy and theory of constraints impaction on supply chain,the paper studies how to integrate PS and TOC and constantly optimize supply chain operations to reduce total cost,tap the supply chain production capacity,and analyzes the different location between bottleneck of TOC and the delayed interface of PS,push and pull type inconsistent direction of the three sub-analysis.Finally,a production planning and control model based on supply chain is constructed. |
