| 摘 要： | 在建立指标体系基础上,提出一种集成FAHP/FCE的中国PPP项目风险评价的方法.构建了集成FAHP/FCE的风险评价模型,给出了具体评价过程和步骤.该方法允许决策者(专家)使用语言变量评估PPP项目风险因素,借助三角模糊数并有效集结专家偏好信息确定指标排序向量.通过算例验证该模型,表明了该方法的灵活性、可行性和有效性.
