| 摘 要： | 运用协整检验、误差修正模型和Granger因果检验等计量方法,对中国自主创新能力与政府公共R&D之间的关系进行了实证研究.结果表明:二者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,政府公共R&D是自主创新能力的Granger原因;从长期来看,政府公共R&D对中国的自主能力的提升具有较为明显的促进作用.中国政府为此应该采取相关对策,促进自主创新能力的提升.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author applies co-integration analysis,error correction model,Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between China's pubic R&D and independent innovation.The results show that there is a kind of long-run equilibrium relationship between them.Governmental pubic R&D investment is the Granger reason for independent innovation.In the long run,governmental R&D investment may truly improve China's ability of independent innovation. |
