Abstract:There are many obstacles in the conversion of tacit knowledge within enterprises.In order to overcome these obstacles,some mechanisms are put forward,such as constructing inspiring mechanism,advancing knowledge level of staff,constructing conversion platforms,cultivating the enterprise culture of knowledge conversion and building the conversion mode of transforming outer knowledge to inner one.
