| 摘 要： | 证人证言制度对规范民事诉讼具有重要作用。但随着民事审判方式改革实践的深入，也暴露出了许多不足之处。在审判实践中，克服这些不足和缺点，进一步完善证人证言制度具有十分重要的意义。
