论防控黑社会性质犯罪的文化教育政策

司法机关对黑社会性质犯罪有着明确的界定,在此基础上要有效的对黑社会性质犯罪进行防控,就必须首先在社会政策层面高度来考虑解决这些现实问题.其中较为重要的政策有文化政策和教育政策.在文化政策上要强化主流文化,批判帮派江湖亚文化,加强对文化市场与文化传播的控制和管理.在教育政策上,要制定好相关的学校教育政策、家庭教育政策和社区教育政策.

On Policies of Cultural Education against Gang Crimes

The judiciary department has clearly defined gang crimes. On that basis, in orde r to effectively prevent and control this kind of crime, we have to consider and solve these realistic problems from the perspective of social policies, cultura l and educational policies of which are more important. As to the former, we sho uld strengthen our mainstream cultures, criticize animadvert factional cultures, and at the same time strengthen the management of cultural market. As to the la tter, we should make related policies on school, family and community educations .
